Dr. Laylon Price is the visionary leader behind Pathways NC Inc. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, a Master of Arts in Adult Education and Training, and a Doctorate in Business Administration, her academic and professional background is as diverse as it is impressive.
For over 21 years, Dr. Price has taught at various educational levels, including middle school, high school, collegiate, and online platforms. Her teaching portfolio spans a variety of Business and IT courses, equipping students with the skills they need to excel in their careers.
Dr. Price founded Pathways NC Inc out of a desire to merge her love for teaching, dedication to helping others, and extensive expertise. She envisions the organization as a gateway for students—high schoolers, college students, and adults alike—to gain the skills and certifications they need to thrive in today’s competitive job market, all at affordable prices.
Corey T. Holliday, Sr.

Robert J. Jackson is a seasoned educator with deep roots in technology and engineering. His academic credentials include an AAS in Electrical Engineering, a BS in Telecommunications Engineering and Management, and an MS in Instructional Design and Technology.
With over 15 years of experience in IT and Communications, Robert has held roles ranging from engineering to product management. This practical industry experience gives him a unique edge in the classroom, where he bridges the gap between theory and real-world application.
For the past 6 years, Robert has been dedicated to teaching, with a focus on Engineering and Technology subjects in both New York and North Carolina. At Pathways NC Inc, he inspires students with his dynamic teaching style and hands-on approach to learning.

With over 25 years of teaching experience, including 15 years at the collegiate level, Michelle has a proven track record of creating engaging and impactful course content. She is also a corporate trainer with a talent for designing educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.

Ashley Sands is a talented web page developer with a knack for combining creativity and technical expertise. Her skills include building both frontend and full-stack web applications using languages like JavaScript and Python.
Before transitioning to web development, Ashley earned a BA and MA in Spanish, during which she taught at the college level and conducted academic research. These experiences honed her ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively—all of which she applies to her role at Pathways NC Inc.
Ashley plays a critical role in ensuring that Pathways NC Inc’s digital presence is both user-friendly and visually engaging, making it easier for students to access the resources they need.
